Obviously we manufacture the ANSELL® brand of hand tools, but some customers have their own brand produced, either way the quality remains the same.

Small batches of tools in various Alloys including material for non-sparking tools required in certain applications are regularly undertaken.

Exporting tools on a worldwide basis makes up a considerable proportion of our custom.

We can manufacture to Customer drawings within our capacity and can also offer the following services.

• Abrasive wheel cutting

• Automatic band-sawing up to approximately 250mm x 125mm

• Batch hardness testing

• Drilling up to 25mm diameter

• Hand / machine grinding and finishing

• Heat treatment facilities including thermostatically controlled tempering

• Machine surface grinding

• Packaging / Palletising to customer requirements

• Painting / Powder Coating in various colours

• Precision Rotary Forging producing from 2mm up to 12mm

• Press work – mechanical up to 45 tonnes , also hydraulic bending

• Printing- using touch printers and indent marking

• Spring Hammer Forging from 6mm to 25mm diameter​
